Originally from Essex.
Primary studied to be a Film Editor.
Her real passion was for creating costumes.
As a young 13 year old . Chloe would create herself costumes for Comic Com.
Luckily for Chloe a new costume design course started at 
her local college. dropped out of her Media course
and followed her passion.  Chloe studied at the  Arts University Bournemouth ,Performance and Costume Design for film and theatre.
